Kim Yoon McLaughlin RS-77917

Kim Yoon McLaughlin is a longtime resident of Maui for over 2 decades. She is known to be a community builder and has devoted her life outside of Real Estate to helping the people that make Maui the special Island that we all love. Kim has a passion for serving others and is the President and Co-Founder of Boots On The Ground Maui, a not for profit organization devoted to the rebuilding of Maui since the devastating fires. Her organization not only consistently supports fire survivor families but is dedicated to the Maui Fire Department and has donated thousands in Grants to the firefighters that were affected.

Kim and her two children have spent years feeding the homeless and are active in giving Gratitude on a daily basis to the 'aina which has provided such a beautiful life for her family. Both her organization and her dedication to the homeless have been given acknowledgments over the years in the local news outlets such as the Maui News and KITV as well as BBC News and NPR.

Housing is a near and dear topic to Kim’s heart which is why she is so dedicated to helping people secure housing, either by purchasing, selling or leasing. Kim’s philosophy on Real Estate is that every human deserves a Home and everyone deserves to accomplish their dreams. Whether it is a first-time purchase, an investment property for building your wealth, or a sale to transition one asset into a new one, Kim is thrilled to assist you on your journey and brings years of experience to the table.

An avid athlete, Kim is dedicated to health, nutrition and wellness. She races Spartan competitions, maintains a daily heavy training schedule in balance with kids, loved ones and career and is a podium competitor. Her greatest most recent accomplishment was competing in the 2022 World Spartan Championships in Greece. Kim attributes her successful real estate career and thriving personal life to her daily practice of meditation, journaling, pursuit of constant learning and treating others with kindness.
