You probably have noticed the summer temperatures creeping higher and higher by the week, but you can beat the heat with these cool summer drinks. From refreshing mocktails to creative twists on classic cocktails, we’ve got your covered. Guava Daiquiri Mocktail
What you need:
2 ounces fresh guava juice
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
1/4 agave or simple syrup
How to make it:
Combine all ingredients with ice in a shaker and shake well. Then strain and pour into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
What you need:
15 to 20 mint leaves, plus a sprig for garnish
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 ounce of fresh lime juice
2 ounces of Koloa Rum, Kaua‘i White
6 ounces of hibiscus tea
In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the sugar and lime juice. The sugar granules help bruise the mint and extract flavor. Then, add the rum, hibiscus tea, and a few ice cubes and shake well. When finished shaking, strain the liquid into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.
½ ounce of coconut milk
1 ounce of cold coffee
1 ounce of Koloa Coconut Rum
Vanilla bean powder and chocolate-covered espresso bean to garnish
Add all liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker. After shaking, strain into small glass and garnish with a pinch of vanilla bean powder and a chocolate-covered espresso bean.
