Born and raised on the island of Maui and a proud graduate of Lahainaluna High School, Ethan Kaleiopu is a Hawai‘i-based real estate professional, investor, and community leader dedicated to helping local families build generational wealth through the power of real estate.

Licensed at just 18 years old, Ethan began his career as an intern in the real estate industry, learning firsthand what it takes to succeed in Hawai‘i’s unique and competitive housing market. Over a decade later, he has closed more than $150 million in career sales and continues to serve as one of Hawai‘i’s top agents — specializing in first-time homebuyers, investment portfolio management, and fix-and-flip projects across Maui and O‘ahu.

As the founder and team leader of The Ethan Kaleiopu Group, Ethan leads a growing team of over 10 dedicated associates driven by one shared mission: to empower Hawai‘i families to create generational wealth through real estate while helping those here stay rooted — and those who’ve left, find their way home. His reach also extends to the 9th Island of Las Vegas, where he assists former Hawai‘i residents looking to return home to the islands which raised them.

Beyond real estate, Ethan is the founder of Hawai‘i Housing Resilience (HHR), a nonprofit born after the 2023 Maui wildfires to help local families rebuild, restore financial stability, and access sustainable housing solutions. Through HHR and its community programs, Ethan’s mission extends far beyond sales — it’s about rebuilding lives, protecting local homeownership, and preserving the spirit of aloha for future generations.

When he’s not leading his team or coaching families, Ethan enjoys traveling, spending time with his loved ones, relaxing at the beach, and discovering new local restaurants and hidden gems across the islands. He believes in working hard but never forgetting to enjoy life’s simple moments — especially those spent with family and community.
