Born and raised in Hawai‘i and proud to call Maui home, Shantel Legsay brings a deep love for her community, an entrepreneurial mindset, and firsthand real estate investment experience to her career as a Realtor. At the heart of everything she does are her faith, her family, and a genuine desire to serve people well.

Before becoming a licensed real estate professional, Shantel built her career as an entrepreneur and became actively involved in real estate investing and renovating homes throughout Maui. Working hands-on with acquisitions, renovations, contractors, budgets, property preparation, and resale gave her a unique perspective on real estate and taught her to recognize potential in a property that others may overlook.

That experience ultimately led her to pursue real estate from a new perspective—not only as an investor, but as an agent who could help others navigate some of the biggest decisions and opportunities of their lives.

As a wife and mother raising her family on Maui, Shantel understands that real estate is about much more than buying or selling a property. A home can be where a family puts down roots and creates memories, while real estate can also be a powerful tool for building financial freedom, opportunity, and generational wealth.

Her faith in Jesus is the foundation of both her personal life and the way she approaches business. Shantel believes in leading with integrity, honesty, compassion, and excellence, and in treating every client and transaction with genuine care. She is actively involved in her church and community and carries a strong sense of kuleana to serve the people and island she calls home.

Shantel’s “why” begins with her family, but her vision extends beyond it. She hopes to build a legacy for her children while helping other families recognize what may be possible for them through homeownership and real estate. Her long-term mission is to use the opportunities and resources she builds through business and real estate to give back and make a meaningful impact within the Maui community.
