As West Maui's largest gift and craft fair, this event is perfect for anyone looking to spend a beautiful morning looking for Maui-made gifts from over 50 talented local vendors. Celebrate every Sunday in Lahaina amongst the island's most beautiful treasures and views. Located in the Lahaina Gateway, Maui Gift and Craft Fair has a tremendous selection of fine jewelry, art, food, and crafts. If you're visiting Maui for the first time, you'll find no better place to find the perfect gift to take home and treasure forever. Born and raised on the island? This is the best way to go out and support local artists and craftsmen while spending a beautiful Sunday morning out and about in Lahaina town. Admission is free and open to the whole family!

Chocolate Taste Testing at Kuia Maui Chocolate 

What's a more unique Maui experience than heading to Kuia Maui Chocolate for a fully immersive chocolate tasting right in the heart of Lahaina, Maui? Crafted on Maui, Kuia Maui Chocolate is not only delicious but also the perfect way to spend quality time while enjoying a fun and unique experience. For a quick but equally delicious experience, stop by their cafe to try their wide variety of tasty sweet treats and a rotation of fudgy brownie flavors.

Stroll Along the Ka'anapali Boardwalk 

The Ka'anapali boardwalk is a leisure 2-mile stroll along the stunning West Maui coastline, perfect for a lazy Sunday stroll with an iced coffee in hand. The convenient paved path is used daily by resort guests from the Sheraton Maui Resort to the Hyatt, local beachgoers heading to Black Rock, and maybe the occasional jogger. In between, you can hop off to do some shopping at Whalers Village or grab a snack from several restaurants lining the boardwalk. If you look out onto the water, you'll see people enjoying parasailing, paddle boarders in the distance, and you might even spot a humpback whale or two during the season. 

Surfing at Ka'anapali Beach 

Not only are you witnessing waves at one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, but you can also try out your hand at surfing on beginner and families-friendly waves. Situated just to the right of the Marriot, this is the perfect beach to lay out and enjoy the pristine waters and warm weather of Ka'anapali. Truly something out of a postcard. 

Shopping at Maui Hands

The epitome of the perfect Maui gift, Maui Hands has featured Hawai'i artists, artisans & jewelers since 1992. From original paintings and mixed media to handcrafted ceramics, glasswork, and a wide variety of wooden items, you're sure to find something beautiful to enhance your home or office.

Dinner at Pacific'o Restaurant

The perfect beachfront dining experience in Lahaina is a night at Pacific'o. Journeying down from the beautiful O'o Farm of Haleakala to the oceanside dining experience of Pacific'o, culinary art is at the heart of this iconic Lahaina restaurant. "Ohana" and "Aloha" are two of Pacific'os most valuable ingredients when designing their dining experience. Pacific'o has a span of specialty and locally inspired dishes such as; Tropical Ceviche Du Jour (An island blend of fresh seafood, yuzu juice, cilantro, Kamuela tomato, cucumber), O'o Farm Smoked Pork (mango bbq pulled pork, topped with our tropical salsa, fries), or the Banana Pineapple Lumpia (Banana, pineapple and cream cheese puree in a flaky pastry, homemade ice cream).

See the Lahaina Banyan Tree

Marvel at the enormous 60-foot trunk of the Lahaina banyan tree. One of the largest banyan trees in the United States, you won't find this anywhere else. A memorable and romantic nighttime activity, the banyan tree sits below the twinkling stars and is in the heart of Lahaina's Front Street, a bustling little town lined with shops and restaurants right along the water. We recommend the free parking area off Prison Street near the banyan tree.
