What led you to where you are today?

CN: I minored in Professional Sales in college and found that I had a growing passion for it. It was challenging, exciting and never routine. When I came home from college for the summers, I would work in my father’s law office where they specialized in Real Estate Law. It was there I realized that I wanted to get into real estate myself and that helping people attain property on such a special place was something that interested me. I then set a goal to get more experience in the “sales world,” that would help in my future endeavors in real estate. While working on the mainland in Security Sales over the past 4 years I never lost the desire to come back home and pursue a career in real estate – I just knew that is what I wanted to do.

What's your favorite part about living on Maui and why?

CN: My favorite part about living on Maui is the opportunity to spend time with family and friends. We’re always there to support each other and I enjoy knowing that I can be a helping hand. Also, Maui is just special. It lives in you and provides strength almost unexplainable. A truly remarkable place. 

What's one thing you've always wanted to do on Maui but haven't yet?

CN: I have always wanted to hike into Haleakala Crater and camp overnight. I have made many trips there but have never even walked into the crater let alone camp for a night.

What inspired you to work in Maui real estate and why ISIR? 

CN: Maui is such a special place and owning a home here is a dream for so many. Finding the perfect home can be incredibly challenging and stressful for clients. I want to do all I can to help people achieve their dream and find a home that is the perfect fit for them. I chose ISIR not only because of their great reputation but because of the expertise and resources they have to help me meet my client's needs. 

Where is one place on the island we can find you on the weekend? 

CN: During my spare time, I love going up to Iao Valley. Iao Valley is one of the many special places here on the island. It's a great place for a boost or re-set so I’m there pretty often. I also spend many weekend days on the golf course. Still not helping my game much but the time spent on the course with family and friends is where the real fun is had. 

What should clients know about you?

CN: First and foremost, I will do everything I possibly can to get my clients what they need and want. I connect with them to truly understand their desires and to let them understand that I am there to help and provide them with what is needed. With a willingness to work endlessly and to keep the clients informed every step of the way, I take great pride in getting it done the right way and bringing happiness and gratification to clients as they attain their dreams of homeownership.
