What led you to where you are today?

I was so fortunate to be able to move to Maui 31 years ago. I was powerfully drawn here in a way I’d never experienced before. Anyone that is contemplating a move to Maui or the purchase of a 2nd home here, knows exactly what I am talking about. Becoming a realtor 18 years ago allowed me to pursue my passion for Maui real estate and to be 100% present for my family. During the two years that I lived and practiced real estate in Seattle, I came to understand the special connection between the two places.

 What's your favorite part about living on Maui and why?

 Where to start... The incredible weather that allows me to be active outside year-round is big. The amazing clients and friends I have made over the years are precious to me. Mostly, I feel at peace and balanced when I am home in Maui.  

 What's one thing you've always wanted to do on Maui but haven't yet?

Gosh, that’s a toss-up between sailing around the islands and deep-sea fishing. I grew up sailing during summers on Cape Cod so that would be amazing!

 What inspired you to work in Maui real estate? 

 It’s all about helping clients. Real estate is powerful. Owning a home on Maui can have a profound effect on a family’s life story. I draw immense satisfaction from guiding every client through the process successfully.  Where is one place on the island we can find you on the weekend?

I love the ocean and cycling around the south and central Maui so you might see me along the side of the road catching my breath or out on the water on my kayak.

 What should clients know about you?

I don’t work with a high volume of clients. I make sure that I have the time to completely dedicate myself and my experience to each family that entrusts me to help fulfill their real estate goals. I want my clients to lean into me. I am here to keep the process fluid, successful, and as low-stress as possible.

I've been fortunate to own homes in Kihei and Wailea and I know the feeling of pride that comes with ownership. As a realtor, being a homeowner provides a perspective on the industry that cannot be obtained in any other way. You really get to know the neighborhoods that you live in. The year I spent on the Wailea Kialoa board of directors was very informative. I'll always be a steadfast advocate for Maui homeownership.
