Island Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to announce that Maeghan Pocock, R(S) is one of the most recent agents to join the prestigious firm’s growing team.

A native of Buffalo, New York, Maeghan has called Maui home for more than a decade and lives in Kula with her husband and their two children. When she isn't guiding her clients through real estate transactions, you can often find her spending time with her family and friends, volunteering throughout the community, exploring the outdoors and enjoying all that Maui has to offer.

Maeghan makes it a priority to learn about her clients’ interests and goals in order to find the perfect home or investment. She takes pride in being a dedicated and accessible resource to her clients near or far, regardless of area, size or price point. We sat down to talk with her about why she chose to join the Island Sotheby's International Realty team:

What's your favorite part about living on Maui?

MP: My favorite part about living on Maui is raising my children here. They are growing up strolling down Thompson Road, learning to hike in Makawao Forest Reserve and splashing in the tranquil waters of Baby Beach.  There is no place else in the world that we would want to raise our kids. We are so lucky to live on Maui!

Why did you join the Island Sotheby's International Realty team?

MP: Locally on Maui, the leadership team of Island Sotheby’s International Realty team boasts three core values: pono, to do what is right; kuleana, to take responsibility; and aloha, to do it with love. I couldn’t feel more personally and professionally aligned with these values. I am so fortunate to have the opportunity to support my clients with the service and standards that they deserve from the reputable and well-known Sotheby’s brand.

What inspired you to work in Maui real estate?

MP: Investing in our family home in Kula inspired me to work in Maui real estate. Owning a piece of Maui is so rewarding and such a privilege. Being in a position to assist others in achieving their Maui real estate goals brings me great joy.

What is your favorite part about being a real estate professional?

MP: Creating lasting relationships with my clients is important to me. I find great satisfaction in finding out what matters to my clients and providing personalized and efficient service.

What else should clients know about you?

MP: I love exploring Maui and all that it has to offer.  My family enjoys stay-cationing in Wailea and Kapalua whenever possible. I am an excellent resource on the best places to eat, drink, shop or play on Maui and I love providing recommendations!
