Realtor Broker for over 30 years, Cindy is intelligent, honest, trustworthy, diligent, positive, enthusiastic, creative and thorough. Cindy brings additional expertise to her Real Estate dealings with her Masters Degree in Business Administration and extensive construction experience. As Managing Broker for Island Sotheby’s Upcountry Office, she manages over 20 amazing agents and has led the office to record-breaking sales years over these past five years. She also enjoys working with her long-standing and referred buyer and seller clients for their personal real estate acquisitions and sales.

Having also studied Architecture, Cindy has designed, remodeled and/or built more than a dozen show-case homes on Maui. She brings that aesthetic eye and creative solution orientation to help with listings and sales, helping clients find solutions that helps sellers sell a home or buyers find a way to make a property their home. She loves positive transformation, of properties (and spirit).

She’s also managed several large Maui projects through acquisition, entitlement, archaeological studies, lot layout, well-drilling and testing, subdivision, road and utility installation, marketing and sales.

Cindy serves her fellow Realtors and the Community as a long-standing volunteer on the RAM Professional Standards and Arbitration Committee and other Realtor Association committees previously, including the Grievance Committee as well as serving as a Board Member and Treasurer for Makawao Community Association. She practices yoga, loves walks in the woods, swimming, skiing, traveling, growth and exploration.
