Who will you be hiring if you choose to work with Indie Brassingram? She is a dreamer, a friend and a servant of the community.
Indie was born in Haiku, Maui and was shaped by the island and its people. Her partner Cooper is her best friend and biggest supporter. He lifts her up and keeps her grounded. They have a fabulous and energetic Standard Poodle named Magic.
On the weekends you can find her out exploring nature, baking in the kitchen, reading at the beach, playing pickleball, or laughing at an event with friends. She is an avid traveler and firmly believes in the necessity of experiencing other cultures to enrich one’s own life. Her family owns craft breweries and she is always happy to connect over a pint. She equally loves wine just as much as beer. She just asks that you don’t tell her family that.
She loves getting out in the community and participating in service projects. Something about putting sweat equity into the people and place you live feels so wonderful. She is a Rotarian, a board member of the Kula Community Association, and an active member of her community.
Her desire is to be the best real estate professional in her market. How does she plan to accomplish this goal? By being an expert in the real estate industry, placing other’s interests first, and exceeding expectations. She strives to treat people as clients, not customers. What is the difference between the two? Everything.
Her focus is on her client’s goals, not the sale.
She places other’s needs and interests first.
She strives to be a trusted advisor throughout the process.
She is proactive and not reactive.
She maintains a clear line of communication and continues the relationship after the sale.
She holds herself to a high standard and the goal is to provide the right information so her clients can make informed decisions.
