Kathleen was born and raised in Southern California and spent as much time as possible in the ocean. Back in 1988, a few friends moved to Maui and she followed a year later. It took her no time to love the island spirit, local culture and especially the awe-inspiring beauty of the island.

Kathleen has spent all of her 33 years selling Maui's amazing lifestyle. She started in the local market selling radio spots for then KNUI and transitioned into the visitor market selling for Maui's top visitor publications. As an Account Executive, she successfully sold millions of dollars of advertising while getting immersed in the local and visitor businesses. When she decided to get into real estate sales, she realized, even more, how fortunate she was to live and work in this amazing place.

As a Real Estate Broker in Maui, Kathleen has worked with many buyers and sellers on various types of properties for the past 19 years. As the market took a downturn back in 2007, Kathleen jumped right into becoming a top REO agent. As difficult as that period was, for many years she was able to see the bright side of the situation which allowed many people to finally afford the purchase of a home and help others out of bad financial positions.
