Kono is a Maui native and enjoys the community he lives in and serves. He has been serving the County of Maui for the past 30 years as a firefighter, most recently serving the Lahaina district as a fire captain.
New to the real estate industry, Kono brings a lot of experience for the built environment. During his career, he was able to hold second jobs in all aspects of the construction industry. General Construction, Painting, Plumbing, Landscaping, and Masonry to name a few. He also held a position with the Fire Prevention Bureau, where he reviewed and approved building and subdivision permits.
Kono has a heart of servanthood and is always willing to help others. He believes in INTEGRITY, LOYALTY and DEDICATION. PONO (to do what is right) is how he lives his life. He is married and has three beautiful children, whom he absolutely adores. In his free time, he loves spending time with them and making memories here on our beautiful island of Maui.
