Raised on Maui's South Shore and Upcountry, Philip is intimately aware of the distinct climates and cultures found across the island, from the spectacular beaches of the South Shore, where he bought his first home, to the green pastures and peaceful country lifestyle of Kula, where his family lives.


Since starting with Island Sotheby's International Realty in 2018, Philip has come to see his role isn't to sell, it's to guide. What clients consistently notice is a rare combination of analytical clarity paired with genuine human investment. Philip thinks carefully, communicates simply, and has a particular gift for helping people understand what they actually want.


When he's not working, Philip coaches rock climbing at Maui's newest climbing gym, and spends his time snowboarding, surfing, and traveling.
