When Sam visited Maui for the very first time he didn’t want to get back on the plane. Living in California, Sam came to Maui to visit his brother, kitesurf, and ride Maui’s waves.
Within hours of being here he knew that this was exactly where he belonged. Though he didn’t have a plan of how he’d make it work, he left California and made Maui his home, determined to make the dream a reality.
Working in windsurf and kitesurf shops, Sam was able to connect with the ocean in his personal as well as work life, and forged strong relationships with visitors and locals in the island’s watersports industry. After earning his Hawaii real estate license in 2013, it was those same relationships that eventually helped Sam sell his first home here on Maui.
His friendly, outgoing personality and loyal commitment to each client’s happiness is punctuated by an enthusiasm to help people pursue and enjoy a life worth living. He strives to help buyers and sellers create a lifestyle that’s rooted in love for the ocean, and help them create a life here on Maui like the dream he once strived for, and found.
When he isn’t scouring the island’s market for client opportunities, Sam enjoys kite foiling Maui’s North Shore, and spends as much time in the ocean as possible.
