Although only 9 miles from the Maui’s west coast, traveling to Lana'i is like taking a trip back in time.

A luxury beachfront Makena estate sold for $15.5 million, marking the first significant sale of 2017.

The four-bedroom, seven-bath home in the resort area of South Maui sold for $15.5 million. Island Sotheby’s International Realty agent Courtney Brown represented the buyers, who are ecstatic to live in such an exceptional home.
