Rock star Pat Benatar and her guitarist husband Neil “Spyder“ Giraldo’s Hana estate has sold for $3.1 million.

The famed couple’s Hana home was grabbed up instantly; the property closed approximately 100 days after it first went on the market, said Island Sotheby’s International Realty agents Dan Omer, who represented the seller along with Island Sotheby’s agent Megan Bouhey.

“It’s an incredibly well-maintained property,” said Omer. “It was quite obvious that they paid a lot of attention to the home.”

The oceanfront home is nestled atop a private cove that's minutes from the sleepy town of Hana, where Benatar and her husband lived with their two daughters for several years until about 2009. The home was offered fully furnished, with 3,295 sq.
